I didn’t start counting.
When I wrote my first blog post, I wasn’t thinking about reaching 100. I was thinking about the next sentence. The next story. The next insight that might help someone move from confusion to clarity—from hesitation to action.
Reflecting on my journey, I recognize that setting goals is essential for growth.
And now here we are:
Blog post number 100: Goals.
A Moment to Say Thank You
First, to you—the reader.Thank you for showing up—for your time, your attention, your trust.
Some of you have been here since the beginning, when I was writing about marketing, sales, leadership, and execution strategy. Others joined when I began to shift toward personal growth, energy management, and goal setting. However long you’ve been on this journey with me—I’m grateful.
To my team, thank you for helping shape these words into structure, for handling the parts no one sees, and for keeping the rhythm steady behind the scenes.
To my family—Sonia and Diego—thank you for your patience, your love, and your quiet support through the early mornings and late-night writing sessions. You’ve made this possible.
And yes—thank you to myself. Because I’ve enjoyed this work. Almost every minute of it.
Blogging has sharpened my thinking, refined my Goal-Setting Framework, and helped me shape my upcoming book, The Art of Goal Setting. It’s pushed me to study deeper, reflect more honestly, and grow with intention. So much learning. So much expansion. I am truly grateful.
From Marketing to Meaning
In the beginning, I wrote from my professional roots. As a Fractional CMO and strategist, I naturally explored:
- How to lead teams
- How to generate demand
- How to align strategy and execution
- How to measure what truly matters
But as I grew—especially with the launch of ONCKY Advisors—something shifted.
I began to see that real transformation starts from the inside. That success in business means very little if it’s disconnected from growth in life. That the best marketing strategy in the world can’t help you if you’re out of alignment with yourself.
That’s when I started writing from a different place.A place rooted in clarity, structure, discipline, and purpose.
That’s when the PTC brand was born.
Anchoring in My One Focus Goal
I’ve talked about this many times before—because I live it.
The One Focus Goal.
A single goal that aligns all your time, attention, and energy. One that makes everything else clearer—what to say yes to, what to walk away from, what to measure.
For me, that One Focus Goal became clear:
Empower people with the tools and systems to grow intentionally. Not just in business. Not just in career. But in life.
I realized I wasn’t just building a content strategy or refining positioning.I was building a framework for transformation.
Through content.Through writing.Through my own growth journey—shared publicly, one post at a time.
What Writing Has Given Me
Writing these 100 posts has been more than a content exercise. It has been a mirror.
It’s where I tested my own thinking.Where I clarified what matters.Where I discovered language for ideas that had been quietly forming for years.
Through these blogs, I’ve been able to:
- Refine my goal-setting framework
- Integrate health, habits, and high performance
- Connect strategy with meaning
- And support others in doing the same
It’s been a growth ritual, not just a writing practice.
What’s Next
I’m not done. Not even close.
I will keep writing.
I will keep building systems, sharing strategies, and reflecting on the real journey of growth—the one that happens when no one is watching.
I will keep serving my audience—whether you’re an entrepreneur, an executive, or simply someone looking to be more intentional with your life.
The next 100 posts? They’ll go deeper. They’ll be sharper. They’ll stretch even further into the disciplines that matter:
- Energy. Focus. Discipline. Systems. Leadership.
- Growth that starts from within, and expands outward.
A Final Word—To You
If you’ve read a single post—thank you.If you’ve shared one with a friend—thank you.If you’ve replied to one of my emails, left a comment, or told me that a post helped you in some way—thank you.
You’ve helped shape this journey.
And my promise is simple:
I’ll keep writing if you keep walking. And together, we’ll keep choosing clarity over chaos.Growth over comfort.Strategy over wishful thinking.
Let’s keep going.
Enjoy the journey. Be Growth.
